What does it mean to be an instrument of peace? How do we know what we’re FOR? How do these compasses we develop over time work when we have to discern and make decisions for the work we want to contribute, and spend our time doing?
Our emotional response to threat, real or perceived, is fear. Threats can be so great and the fear so paralyzing that we become ineffectual in our work. Yet, transformation, both personal and collective is born out of fear. How do we get from fear to change? Where love exists, fear is absent. Work rooted in love changes the world.
